David Beckham — whose wife is currently on the cover of the new issue of Marie Claire magazine — is currently away from his family here in SoCal to play in a few away games with the LA Galaxy. Last night, Becks was in Philadelphia, PA and was spotted enjoying a bite to eat at Barclay Prime where he dined … alone:

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Becks dining alone … I guess there are those time when one of the most famous men in the world chooses to be by himself. As much as I know he loves his family, I bet Becks kinda loves his alonetime, too. Still … don’t you just wanna be the one to pull up a chair next to Becks and just strike up a conversation?
